1. Cancellation Policy
BillFetch delivers digital Excel (.xlsx) spreadsheet reports instantly upon successful payment. Because processing and file generation occur immediately, orders cannot be canceled once the payment has been completed and the file download link is issued.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer full refunds under the following specific circumstances:
- Duplicate Transaction: You were charged twice for the same report generation due to a network glitch.
- Technical Failure: Your payment was deducted via Razorpay, but the system failed to generate or deliver the Excel spreadsheet file due to a technical server error.
- Corrupted File: The generated Excel report file is corrupted or unopenable despite uploading valid receipt images.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please email our support team at [email protected] or [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction with:
- Razorpay Payment ID (e.g. pay_PXXXXXXXXXXXXX)
- Transaction Amount (₹50.00)
- Date and time of payment
- Description of the technical issue
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back directly to the original payment method (UPI account, Bank Account, or Credit/Debit Card) used during the transaction.
