Welcome to BillFetch, operated by MindMaxing ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website at trybillfetch.com or the BillFetch Android Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Service Description & Pricing
BillFetch provides digital automated expense parsing and spreadsheet report generation services. Users upload receipt images, and BillFetch compiles structured Excel (.xlsx) reports.
Pricing: BillFetch operates on a pay-per-generation pricing model of ₹50.00 INR per exported Excel report. Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Prices are subject to change with advance notice.
3. User Responsibilities & Account Integrity
You agree to upload only legitimate receipts, tax invoices, and payment proof documents that you are legally authorized to process. You agree not to upload fraudulent, illegal, or malicious files.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are handled through Razorpay Payment Gateway. By initiating a payment, you authorize Razorpay to process the transaction via your chosen payment method (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking).
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, code, logos, and UI designs associated with BillFetch remain the exclusive property of MindMaxing.
